About GreenCitizen

GreenCitizen has always been about making every day Earth Day for the businesses and people we serve. Our Burlingame center is more than just an electronic recycling center for e-waste drop-offs and a place to schedule business pickups — it's also an eco center where residents and businesses can learn actionable information about living a greener life and reducing damage to the Earth.

We also offer secure, certified hard disk destruction, tape recycling and destruction, IT asset disposition, product destruction, and styrofoam recycling.
Unlike Best Buy's recycling drop-off where you're limited to five items per household per day, there's no limit to what you can bring to GreenCitizen's recycling center/eco center. If it's a computer or an electronic item, it runs on batteries or plugs in the wall, doesn't contain harmful chemicals or require a medical license to operate, then chances are we can help you recycle it. Please check our list above of what we can and cannot accept at our
center.

Aside from being an eco center, GreenCitizen is also an environmental conservation company that provides you with the information and services to help you live a sustainable life and make every day Earth Day.

GreenCitizen will help you do this in 7 ways such as follows:

  1.  Motivate you with inspiring environmental news around the world
  2. Guide you on your green living journey with our actionable blog posts
  3. Show you where to buy, reuse and recycle responsibly with our Green Directory
  4. Recycle your electronics with our very own Earth-friendly recycling services
  5. Recommend you eco-conscious products
  6. Help you find careers in the environmental sector with our Green Jobs board
  7. Contribute to circular economy initiatives
