Business Networking Equipment Pickup In The Bay Area

GreenCitizen’s business pickup service is designed for organizations retiring networking equipment during office relocations, network refreshes, wireless upgrades, firewall replacements, telecom closet cleanouts, and other IT infrastructure changes.

How The Business Pickup Process Works

1. Complete The Pickup Request Form

To schedule a business pickup, fill out the pickup form with your equipment details, service needs, and preferred pickup date and time. Include the types and quantities of networking equipment you want to recycle, such as switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, controllers, patch panels, VoIP hardware, and related rack or telecom closet components.

If you need add-on services such as data destruction, inventory reporting, or a Certificate of Destruction, please request them when submitting the form.

2. Prepare Equipment For Pickup

All pickup items must be staged at a loading dock, ground-level area, or elevator-accessible location. This helps us confirm vehicle space, handling requirements, and pickup readiness before arrival.

3. On-Site Collection

Our team collects the approved networking equipment using a structured intake workflow designed for business loads that may include loose devices, boxed hardware, wireless equipment, security appliances, patch panels, and related infrastructure.

4. Add-On Data And Documentation Services

If requested, GreenCitizen can provide add-on services such as data destruction, data erasure, inventory reporting, and Certificates of Destruction. These services are optional and should be requested in advance when scheduling your pickup.

Note: We also provide same-day emergency pickup when available. Please select “Immediate pickup (within 24 hours)” on the pickup scheduling form.
