In most cases, monitor-related accessories are charged at $1.00 per pound, but please contact GreenCitizen in advance so we can confirm the applicable recycling fee for your specific items.

How The Business Pickup Process Works
1. Complete The Pickup Request Form
To schedule a business pickup, complete the pickup request form with your equipment details, preferred pickup date and time, and any requested add-on services.
Include the monitor types and quantities you want to recycle, along with any related display accessories or other electronics included in the same load.
2. Stage Equipment For Pickup
All pickup items must be staged at a loading dock, ground-level area, or elevator-accessible location before pickup. This helps confirm handling requirements and pickup readiness.
3. On-Site Collection
Our team collects the approved monitors and related electronics using a structured intake workflow designed for business recycling loads.
4. GTAMS Intake And Accountability
Accepted items are recorded through GreenCitizen’s intake workflow to support accountability and, where applicable, inventory reporting based on the selected service package.
5. Optional Add-On Services
If requested in advance, optional services may include documentation such as inventory reporting and Certificates of Destruction for qualifying projects.

Monitor Drop-Off At The Burlingame EcoCenter
GreenCitizen accepts monitor drop-offs at our Burlingame EcoCenter from both businesses and individuals. No appointment is required for drop-off. A drop-off form is required, but it does not need to be completed before arrival. Customers may fill it out in advance or complete it after arriving at the EcoCenter.
