What You Get After Every Pickup
Recycling is only half of what a business needs. The other half is proof. After a GreenCitizen pickup, you can show exactly what left your building and what happened to it.
- An item-level record. Each major device is logged in AGTAMS with its own ID. You can trace a single machine instead of relying on a total weight.
- A Certificate of Destruction. This is available for $5 per device on any drive we wipe or destroy. It's useful for audits, insurers, and client security reviews.
- Weight reports and certificates of recycling. These are available on request for sustainability reporting, including weight diversion data.
When an auditor, a client, or your IT lead asks what happened to the old equipment, you’ll have the answer on paper.

How to Book Computer Recycling Pickup in San Rafael

Fill out the Business Pickup Intake Form with rough counts by category. Photos on the form help you match each item. Need it fast? Check the box for immediate pickup within 24 hours, or same-day service if you submit before 11:00 AM.
Choose your data options
Pick erasure ($5 per device) or physical destruction ($20 per device) for each category. Large quantities get a discounted quote.
Get the equipment ready
Stage items at ground level, at a loading dock, or near an elevator. Remove BIOS/EFI passwords, Apple Accounts, Device Enrollment Program enrollment, and MDM locks.
Locked devices can still be collected, but they can't be sanitized and won't count toward free pickup.
We come to pick it up
We arrive at the scheduled time to pick up your equipment and log every major item. Your records follow once processing is complete.
