EcoCenter

GreenCitizen likes meeting our public face to face. We invite you to visit us at our EcoCenter in Burlingame, where you can drop off your electronics to be recycled responsibly and locally. We’re happy to accept almost anything that plugs into the wall or runs on batteries. Our staff is well educated and passionate about protecting the environment. Many of them hold degrees in environmental science and related majors from top universities in the U.S. and around the world. They proactively engage with our customers in discussions about the e-waste crisis, how to combat it every day, and why the effort of bringing us your recyclables is critical in reversing the dangerous trend of easily disposable consumer goods.

Scheduling Office

When you contact our Scheduling Office, we’re happy to arrange building-wide recycling pickup service for your place of business. Many environmentally conscious properties in the Bay Area use our services to balance out the constant overflow of unwanted electronics that businesses accumulate when equipment wears out or needs to be upgraded. We want to make it as easy as possible for businesses to responsibly recycle their electronics, and we’re happy to explain our suite-to-suite pickup options as well as answer any questions about recycling in general. We also work with smaller companies — even if your entire operation fits into a single suite, e-waste equals clutter, and we’ll gladly help you make it go away.

Helping Us Help You (And the Planet)

By letting us recycle your reusable electronic items, like newer working computers (2014 or later for Apple, 2015 or later for certain non-Apple), plus monitors, TVs, and smartphones, you help us meet our operating costs — and will ultimately help us expand the GreenCitizen model of e-waste recycling and reuse to other metropolitan areas.
