Business Printer Recycling Pickup

GreenCitizen offers business printer recycling pickup for organizations across the Bay Area. Pickup requests are submitted through our Business Pickup Intake Form, where customers provide their organization details, pickup address, preferred pickup date, and any relevant pickup instructions.

All pickup items must be staged at ground level or in a location accessible by elevator.

Printer-related equipment is handled through GreenCitizen’s business pickup intake process based on item type and size. Printers, fax machines, and scanners under 100 pounds each are reviewed as office equipment items rather than free-pickup qualifying devices, while floor-standing copiers are handled as quoted items.

If your load includes printers or other office electronics, use the form to describe the equipment so GreenCitizen can review the request and confirm the appropriate pickup arrangement.

Typical Flow For Business Printer Recycling Pickup

  1. Complete The Business Pickup Intake Form

Enter your organization name, contact details, pickup address, preferred pickup date, and any pickup instructions. If needed, you can also request Immediate pickup (within 24 hours).

  1. Enter Your Printer And Related Equipment Details

Printer-related equipment should be entered in the form according to the relevant category. Printers / fax / scanners under 100 lbs each are listed under non-qualifying office equipment. Floor-standing copiers are handled as quoted items. If your load includes mixed or unusual equipment, use the description fields to explain what you have.

  1. Select Any Optional Services Needed

If applicable to your equipment, the form allows customers to request optional services such as Data Erasure ($5/device), Physical Drive Destruction ($20/device), and Certified Report ($5/unit).

  1. Prepare Items For Pickup

Before pickup, all approved items should be ready in a ground-level or elevator-accessible area so the collection team can complete the pickup safely and efficiently.

  1. On-Site Collection And Review

GreenCitizen reviews the submitted pickup information and collects the approved equipment based on the scheduled request and the handling requirements of the items listed.
