All pickup items must be staged at ground level or in a location accessible by elevator.
Printer-related equipment is handled through GreenCitizen’s business pickup intake process based on item type and size. Printers, fax machines, and scanners under 100 pounds each are reviewed as office equipment items rather than free-pickup qualifying devices, while floor-standing copiers are handled as quoted items.Â

Complete The Business Pickup Intake Form
Enter your organization name, contact details, pickup address, preferred pickup date, and any pickup instructions. If needed, you can also request Immediate pickup (within 24 hours).

Ink And Toner Cartridge Recycling
GreenCitizen also accepts certain printer supplies for recycling, including ink cartridges and toner cartridges.
For drop-off customers, ink and toner cartridges are charged at $1.00 per pound. For business pickup, toner cartridges are charged at $4.00 per cartridge.
