Planet Pledge

Carlsberg, the brewing giant, has signed the World Federation of Advertisers’ (WFA) Planet Pledge. Previously, 16 other global business giants have signed the same sustainability pledge. The list of the companies includes big names like — Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Unilever, IKEA, Bayer, Pernod Ricard, MasterCard, and L’Oréal.

The World Federation of Advertisers’ (WFA) Planet Pledge is essentially a collaboration of the marketing teams of these companies. They aim to increase consumer awareness and improve the supply chain.

The Planet Pledge targets are ambitious and very much in line with our own. They recognize that success will require getting our consumers, customers, and suppliers on board.

In doing so, I truly believe in the power of effective marketing communication as a way of winning the hearts and minds of beer lovers everywhere and encouraging them to be more sustainable in their behavior. By signing the pledge, we confirm our commitment to promoting sustainability through our actions globally.
