HoekHome is an eco-friendly furniture company with a difference — all of their furniture is “click-together furniture,” meaning that you don’t need any tools, screws, nails, or anything to put it together… you just need your hands.
If you’re terrible at putting together furniture like me, then this is a welcome invention.
The company is also very eco-conscious, using 100% recycled HDPE plastic and FSC certified plywood, so you can assemble your new desk or coffee table without feeling like you killed the planet to do so.
“You can decorate your entire house in sleek, sustainable HoekHome furniture. The product line includes side tables, desks, coffee tables and dining tables. Find your favorite pieces in multiple colors, from natural wood tones to bright, vibrant shades. As a new company, HoekHome is still gaining its footing. A Kickstarter campaign planned for October aims to help the company launch so it can create more products for consumers.”
While it’s still a relatively young company at this point, I’m sure that the cross-section of eco-friendly individuals and people who suck at putting furniture together will be able to make this company a tour de force.
I for one can’t wait to pop out a table made from recycled materials.
